 Can the Chiefs win a championship this year? And if so, what do they have to do?

1. Get rid of Gunther Cunningham, Bill Kuharich, Herm Edwards, and Larry Johnson.

2. Hire Scott Pioli as GM

3. Hire the Giants D-coordinator to be the head coach

4. Draft a QB in the first round to compete with Thigpen for the starting job.

5. Teach the safeties how to tackle, not just hit, as well as how to actually be safeties.

6. See if Scott Fujita would be willing to come back.

7. Release Brodie Croyle and draft an additional QB in the 6th or 7th round.

8. Sign a free agent veteran offensive lineman to play either left guard or right tackle, move Waters to center and Niswanger to right guard.

9. Trade Tony G for draft picks.

10. Teach Dwayne Bowe how to cover for an onside kick.
